From relatively humble beginnings in 1957 Peachgrove Intermediate School has evolved into a large multicultural intermediate, a true cross-section of the Hamilton city community. We strive to deliver effective learning outcomes for our students, while demonstrating and "living" the philosophy of the school's motto, "First Learn To Serve".

We are committed to providing a stimulating two year educational programme focusing on continuous improvement of academic results. We value quality and incorporate the use of ICT e-learning for ALL students to enhance their educational potential.

Developing positive relationships is a priority at Peachgrove and we work hard to assist the students as they confront the challenges of living, learning and growing as young adolescents.
